Who or what inspired you to pursue entrepreneurship?
I've noticed in many industries mid career professionals become stuck, their input devalued, not getting the credit and recognition they earned and deserved. This is a problem and pain point that needs to be addressed

I offer individual career coaching. I am also an HR Professional offering consulting in various HR areas
What are the 3 most valuable lessons you have learned as an entrepreneur?
1) Don't wait, start somewhere.
2) Engage/reach out to those that are already in the space that you are in and/or where you want to go for guidance, counsel, mentorship.
3) Stay relevant in your space by reading, attending virtual and/or online events.
Why is mental health important for entrepreneurs?
Mental health is very important throughout the journey and particularly when you're just starting out as a side hustle and still working your full time gig. If one isn't organized, set boundaries and stick to them, you will start to burn out.
How do you overcome adversity in your life and business?
The Bible is my #1 answer. Next would be surrounding myself with like minded persons, and affirmations.

What's your vision for 2023 and beyond?
My vision is to help is to help women be their best in the workplace of their choice.
